Freightcamp is a joint annual meeting for freight forwarders members of pangea-network.com and connecta-network.com, celebrated every year in a different top class destination (Amsterdam, Singapore, Berlin, Ho Chi Minh City, Abu Dhabi, Barcelona). It is a 3 days event with a complete agenda that includes one2one business meetings, learning sessions and social networking for promoting contacts and partnership amongst participants.

It is mostly convenient to assure your stay at the same conference hotel, Lapita Dubai Parks & Resorts, since all activities start and end from the hotel.

We have negotiated a group rate for Single and Double occupancy at Lapita’s Deluxe Rooms, available via the hotel reservation link. Group rates are limited and subject to availability. To secure the best rate, early booking is strongly advised. Rates and availability may vary for bookings outside of the group block.

Prior the event, all registered and paid attendees will receive by email, Username and Password to access the 1:1 meeting scheduler, from where you can start booking your individual meetings with the partners of your interest.

The dates for opening/closing the meeting scheduler will be advised.

We recommend smart business attire for the first morning start of meetings on Friday 21st, as the Official Group Picture will be taken. Thereafter, the meeting attire is business casual. Particular recommendations will be given for each activity closer to the event.
